At first prepare a thick mixture from curd, turmeric, coriander, red chilli powder along with the ginger-garlic paste.

Now put the pressure cooker on the flame and add some ghee into it. Put cinnamon along with black cardamom and after a minute add the onion. Sprinkle some salt and fry the onion till light brown. Add the mutton pieces and cook it. Pour the mixture prepared initially and sometime later put on the cooker lids. Let it cook for fifteen to twenty minutes.

For that slice down Rohu fish into pieces and put them into a bowl. Apply a paste of turmeric, salt, mustard oil, and chilli powder.

In another bowl make a paste of curd with turmeric and chilli powder. In a heated pan add mustard oil and fry the fish pieces. Once browned, remove them onto a plate. Again, add some mustard oil in a pan and add bay leaf, cumin seeds, Cassia, Cloves, and Green cardamoms. Sauté them well, add onion paste and stir it until transparent. Now add garlic ginger paste and mix it well. After a while, add curd paste and put down the flame to medium level. After fifteen minutes, put the fish pieces into it, and mix it well. In the end, turn off the flame and squeeze a lemon over it. 

For Plain Biryani soak the basmati rice for fifteen minutes. Add ghee on a pan and put whole spices. Now sauté chopped onions and then add ginger-garlic paste. Add diced tomatoes and green chillies. Add two cups of water for boiling. Add the soaked rice and sprinkled salt. Mix a spoon full of lemon juice and wait till the rice gets cooked.  

  • Butter Chicken with Amritsari Naan Recipe

Butter Chicken is indeed every non-vegetarian love. To make this rich, creamy dish, first of all, marinate the chicken pieces. For that prepare the mixture of curd, salt, ginger-garlic paste, and red chilli powder. Mix chicken pieces in it and marinate it overnight. Heat a pan and add butter in it. Add cumin seeds, chopped onions and cook until transparent. Add ginger-garlic paste and later tomato puree. Put in all the spices, salt and prepare for some time.
